This is Year Two
Last December we took a ship full of women to the Caribbean and something happened we didn't fully plan for. They came as strangers, or in twos and threes, and they came home with each other's numbers.
So we're doing it again.
Girls Just Wanna Have Sun 2.0 is six nights aboard Virgin Voyages' Resilient Lady — adults only, no kids underfoot, nobody's schedule but yours. Bring your circle, or come solo and leave with one.
This is a room built for women who've earned the view.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Miami → Grand Cayman → Ocho Rios → Bimini → Miami
Day 1 — Miami, Florida · Departs 5:00 PM
You board in the afternoon. Drop your bags, find the deck, get a drink in your hand before the ship pulls out. The first night is the one where you look around and realize everyone here made the same decision you did.
Day 2 — At Sea
The day nothing is required of you. Sea days on the Resilient Lady are the whole argument for this trip: the pools, the spa, a lounger, and a group of women who will absolutely talk you into the sunset toast.
Day 3 — George Town, Grand Cayman · 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Seven miles of powder-white sand and water clear enough to see your own feet. This is the day you either trade the itinerary for a beach chair, or you wade out at Stingray City and meet them where they live. Both are correct.
Day 4 — Ocho Rios, Jamaica · 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Waterfalls, mountains, and a coastline that earns its reputation. Whether you want the excursion or the shopping and a plate of real food, we'll help you plan the day before you sail.
Day 5 — At Sea
The second sea day always feels different from the first. By now you know people's names. Dinner takes longer. This is the day the group becomes a group.
Day 6 — The Beach Club at Bimini · 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Virgin's own private island. Private cabanas, a mega pool, floaty parties, rum cocktail in one hand, nothing on the calendar but sun. This is what “almost home” looks like when you did it right.
Day 7 — Miami · Arrives 6:30 AM
Numbers exchanged. Next year already being discussed in the customs line.

Payment — Plainly
Let's talk about the money part plainly, because nobody else will.
A few spots left. $250 per person holds your cabin — the balance is due in full within 48 hours.
Virgin Voyages' 120-day final payment date for this sailing has now passed, which means there is no installment plan left on the 2026 cabins: from $834 per person for an Insider, $954 for a Sea Terrace with the balcony. What we can do is hold the cabin. Pay $250 per person here, we confirm it with Virgin, and you settle the balance within 48 hours. That 48-hour rule is theirs, not ours, which is exactly why you're reading it here instead of hearing it later. If we can't get the cabin you asked for, the deposit comes straight back to you.
So here's the honest math if you're deciding this week: it's a hold plus one payment, not a plan. What you don't do is put it on a credit card at 24% because you were embarrassed to ask about options. You're not embarrassed — you're asking a licensed advisor whose job is literally this.
Prefer to spread it out? Book 2027 instead. The 2027 sailing can be reserved with 20% down, with the remaining balance split into monthly payments through 120 days before the sail date. If that timing works better for you, tell me — I'd rather put you on the right sailing than the soon one.
Traveling Solo? Read This.
Let's deal with the real question, because I know it's the one stopping some of you.
"I don't have anybody to go with."
Good. Come anyway.
Here's exactly how it works. If you're booking solo and you'd rather not pay the solo rate for a whole cabin, we match you with another woman on this sailing. Not randomly — I ask about your sleep schedule, whether you're an early riser or a night owl, how you feel about sharing a bathroom counter, how much quiet you need. Then I pair you.
You'll know who she is before you sail. You'll have her name and a way to talk to her first. Nobody walks into a cabin with a stranger and finds out at midnight that she snores.
And if you'd rather have the room to yourself, that's a real option too — just tell me and I'll price it.
What actually happens: you board a little nervous. You meet her. By the second night you've got someone saving you a seat at dinner and telling you the shoes are cute. By day six you're exchanging numbers and planning the next one.
That's not a sales line. That's just what a ship full of women who get it does.
